Dr. Joelle Jay is a leadership coach, consultant, speaker and author who works with executives and business leaders to improve their effectiveness both personally and professionally. Joelle specializes in helping successful professionals attain and balance accomplished careers with rewarding personal lives. As a result, her clients experience higher levels of success along with the balance that keeps them at their best.

Joelle’s credentials make her one of the top coaches in her field. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, a master’s degree from Boston University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. In addition, she holds a number of professional certifications. She is:

• A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute
• An Accredited Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute

Joelle has also been awarded for her achievements, including the Gordon C. Lee Distinguished Dissertation Award and the R. Herz Valedictory Gold Medal.

Joelle continues to develop her own skills as a learner and a leader to be able to bring her clients the best and most current information and strategies. She has completed over 35 workshops, courses, and programs in the areas of leadership, coaching, and effectiveness, giving her a rich knowledge base to share with her clients.

Joelle’s clientele is diverse. Her coaching clients include successful professionals, private entrepreneurs, speakers, presenters, and business owners who want to achieve high levels of success while maintaining the life balance that keeps them at their best. Her corporate coaching clients include presidents, vice presidents, CEOS, CFOs, and high-level executives in international, national and local organizations seeking to increase results, master leadership skills and maximize effectiveness. Her clients range from motivated individual professionals to large, international corporations. She has spoken at over 30 conference sessions, courses, and workshops.

In addition to coaching, consulting, and speaking, Joelle is an accomplished writer. She boasts over 25 publications and one book. She is a contributing writer for the Northern Nevada Business Weekly and a freelance contributor to a number of other magazines, journals, and newsletters.
