Following the Dream
Dana

Dana Denali was launching a large new division of her organization when she met Joelle. A former Vice President of Human Resources at First Memorial Regional Medical Center, Dana had recently been appointed to head up the First Memorial Leadership Academy (FMLA). The goal of the project was built to offer leadership development to individuals and groups within the organization and throughout the community. As its executive, Dana offered both internal and external workshops, seminars, and retreats. The prospect of creating these services from scratch, implementing them single-handedly, and building a reputation in the community was daunting, to say the least.

Joelle worked with Dana to develop a plan. Together, they crafted a process of building, delivering, and organizing the services such that Chris could maintain her creativity and still be efficient.

The FMLA under Dana’s leadership became the reputable leadership academy it was intended to be. Despite a steep learning curve, Dana was able to use the plan she developed with Joelle to build what had never existed before with steadiness, stability, and courage.

When the FMLA closed, Dana decided to open her own private practice as a speaker, trainer, and consultant. Continuing to work with Joelle, Dana created the vision, developed a plan, and executed the plan in a way that matched her natural style and talents. Almost immediately, her efforts generated a thriving business. Now it is Dana’s fortunate challenge to continue rising to new levels of achievement, to enjoy her work and life even more, and follow the path of her dreams.
