This group coaching event is geared toward people who are hard-working, talented, goal-oriented, passionate and driven…as well as overwhelmed by multiple demands from multiple constituencies, implicit and explicit expectations, and too many balls in the air. The focus of the coaching is to both teach and practice the virtue of selfishness to restore the ability to serve with joy, ease and effectiveness.

Making It Happen…Like Magic
Wouldn’t life be easier if you had Midas’ magic touch…if everything you touched turned to gold? While the Midas manner might be a myth, the ability to make things happen like magic is actually very real. The principles of attraction, synchronicity, synergy, and giving/receiving, to name a few, allow things to happen much more easily than they do with effort, action and hard work. This private coaching intensive is a two- to eight-hour event for learning the principles of manifestation, practicing them on the spot, and immediately bringing clients closer to what they want in an effortless, magical way.

Listening is one of the most critical communication skills. Unfortunately, it is also most overlooked. In this 2- or 4- hour session, participants learn fundamental skills of listening. They practice the skills work in pairs or groups, and they make action plans for implementing the listening skills in a way that will enhance their leadership. As a result of this session, participants build better relationships with their bosses, peers, and direct reports, communicate respect for the people around them, and get better ideas that can move their projects and organizations forward.

Creating a viable business plan is essential for entrepreneurs and professionals. But the length and detail required of conventional plans can bog business people down. Business Power Planning gets leaders away from the cumbersome process of business planning and helps them get back to the work they love with greater focus and direction. The Business Power Planning session is a half- to full-day session for individuals and small groups to

Either way, the information gathering process is only the beginning. The real work begins when leaders get their results. Profile Maximization gives leaders a chance to implement the learning from their results over time with the help of a coach. The combination of the profile information and the implementation ensures that the assessment process yields not just information, but improvement.

Performance Booster
How hard is it to get honest, constructive feedback on your performance from the people that matter? The answer: it’s harder than you think. No matter how much individuals crave constructive criticism, and no matter how much their colleagues and superiors would like to give it honestly, the barriers of communication often get in the way. As a result, two or more people who would like to see the same person succeed get stuck settling for second-best performance, simply because they don’t have the courage to ask for more.

Performance Booster Feedback opens the door to constructive communication. In a small, focused meeting, the coach facilitates a conversation in which the participant speaks candidly and openly with someone who can give him or her substantial feedback, such as a superior or direct report. As a result of communicating openly, all of the participants in the meeting learn what the critical goals are for the client. The coach, having had first-hand experience with the information in the meeting, is also better positioned to help the client meet those goals.

Office Optimization
Our external environment is a reflection of our internal environment. A cluttered desk is a cluttered mind. Many busy professionals believe they don’t have time to clean their offices, but they pay the price daily in lost minutes, lost energy, and lost focus. Office Optimization is a half- to full-day project in which the coach and client work one on one (or two on one, if an assistant is involved) to create a manageable system for handling the paper, correspondence, and projects that stack up and create a messy environment. The resulting system is customized to fit the client’s specific preferences and work habits so it becomes easy to maintain. The benefit?
